To benefit from a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return it at his expense (article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code).

In the case of an item exchange, https://fimspeedway-shop.com/ will send the new product as soon as the product to be exchanged has been returned to https://fimspeedway-shop.com/ or upon proof of shipment from the customer.
